[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello friends, i consider myself very
very lucky to have done this photo
(and other photos), photo shot not far
from my home in my city (island) of Laval
where i live, a wildlife photographer
friend of me showed me 2 places where
there is 2 different family of red foxes
but he told me you can see them only
very early the morning or at sunset

Today at noon i was passing from there
when i saw these 2 red fox puppies,
probably they where waiting for
their Mommy, i wish i had a better
camera than my small Nikon Coolpix L3,
i did my best to have good photos

after reading Ana's critique i am editing
my post »»»» i did a cropping to this image
to have the red fox puppies closer but
after i stopped because if i would crop more
then i would loose on the image quality

from Hinterland Who's Who website

« Pups are born from March through May.
Litter size may range from one to 10 pups,
but the average is five. The young are
blind at birth, their eyes opening during
their second week. Red foxes are patient,
solicitous, and sometimes playful parents.

The vixen takes great care of the very young
cubs before their eyes are open and at this
stage usually keeps the dog fox from entering
the den, although he will hunt for the family.

After the cubs’ eyes are open and they begin
to crawl, the dog fox will relieve the
vixen while she hunts. »

Merci

Asbed

No problem with the camera, and no problem with the image at all by my opinion! Good evening dear friend! The composition is OK and I think it would be impossible to capture this scene better. Beautiful PoV, eye contact, colors, sharpness - absolutely an excellent photo! Bravo!
Friendly regards, have a nice weekend, László

Hi Asbed.
Absolutely natural and lovely shot. I like it a lot, wonderful presentation of the beautiful place and fantastic reproduction of two cute red foxes. Eye-contact is simply charming as well as superb details, natural colours and excellent lightings. Bravo.

Hi Asbed,
What cute foxes. I have seen an adult Red fox very near to my home, now that I read your notes I come to think that it was always in the morning. How to seize the moment. Have a nice weekend.

Bonjour Asbed,

Pierre
