This is a superb capture!
I like the contrast of light and shade and despite a relatively close shot of this Ring-billed gull, the position of the clouds in the BG give the impression that the gull is high up. Excellent sharpness and composition too.

Fatastic capture, Asbed! Details of the plumage are superb. Splendid light and shadows.
The bird is placed in the image perfectly and stands out against the blue sky very well.
