Nice shot of the sticky looking fungi.
I love the colours.
The texture of the bark adds some interest to the shot too.

your fantastic photo shows Pholiota adiposa (Batsch 1786) Kummer 1871 which grows on several kind of wood.
The typical apparence (as showed in books) is with more yellow and less red than your specimen.
