Hello Asbed,
I am not surprised that you won the contest with this photo. It is simply beautiful. The exposure is first class and it is just a pleasure to view. You could have cropped off some of the sky to place the horizon two-thirds up, but very good as is.

A wonderful image displaying a golden sunset and taken from an attractive low POV. The snow covered field is pin sharp throughout the entire frame. Love the exposure and overall composition. Great shot!!

But I eager to know what have you received from them? A "Lens" or just "Warm congratulation"(Just like me, here)! I have seen, in so many competition, organizers talk about Lens.

Nice sunset picture.
Good exposure.
With your chosen composition, the sun should be exactly in the middle.
So I tiny crop wouldn't hurt.

L'étendue du champ donne de la profondeur à la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails du champ enneigé. Le coucher de soleil donne de belles couleurs au ciel. Bonne journée.
