Da hast Du aber Glück gehabt! Meistens erwischt man die Longwings nur mit zugeklappten Flügeln. Es sei denn die Sonne scheint und es ist schön warm! Deine Bestimmung des Flattermanns stimmt auch. Sehr schöner Bildaufbau, hast die Diagonale voll ausgenutzt. Super! Sehr schöne Farben und auch Schärfe. Danke für das schöne Schmetterlingsfoto. Ich wünsche Dir noch einen schönen Restsonntag und alles Gute für die kommende Woche.

ID: Could be "Heliconius hecalesia (Hew.)" from somewhere between Costa Rica and Columbia.
That longwing species varies quite a lot in its markings.

Looks like you suddenly found a new niche with your butterfly photos, and you are really doing swell. Unfortunately I can not help with the ID, but I'm sure it will not be long before somebody does help.
You have a lovely composition with nice colour, good DOF with sharp detail, and nice BG. The exposure was also well handled.
