Wonderful. An amazing choice of subject! I love the focus on the "action" here. The fast shutter speed made for great details (slow probably wasn't even an option on your old camera). I think this is wonderfully composed, and the only suggestion I would make would be some sublight to brighten the trees and rocks (but it sounds like nobody wanted it more than you did)!

Double the fun today with your shot and Mikes of Cameron Falls. Your shot has has really interesting rock detail. I love the composition and how the water flows down the rock sideways and into the pool below. TFS Janice

Hello Evelyn! I´ve just post another waterfall, like you. Yours are impressive! It´s nice the way the water found rolling over the rocks before it falls. Wonderful capture! I like the rocks formation.

That is quite an interesting waterfall Evelynn. I see what you mean about the water going al over the place. I think though that cloudy skies such as this are better for waterfall shots anyway as an even exposure is easier to maintain that way.
I think the green tones could be brought out a bit more, and perhaps a bit more contrast. Great shot though.
First Mike and now you, and in a few weeks me. Yes, all the same falls. Hopefully I got a different angle then both of you. How funny, such an large world, and we are posting shots of a really small part of the world. I like this version as well. The fast shutter speed shows the motion perfectly. I can see clearly that you had cloudy skies. The water even looks grey.

That is a fantastic composition, Evelynn.
Your POV really brings out the frenetic action of criss-crossing water falls. A very unique scenery.
I also like the texture on the rocks, and the spray-like texture of the water.
TFS. : )
I personally prefer a shutter speed that captures water the way you have done, Evelynn. It looks more natural as seen with human eye. Smooth cascading effect through slow shutter speed looks artificial, though most people prefer it for the sake of asthetics.
Well done and TFS.
