Getting off the trail, we thought it was safe to just follow this stream, since, if worse comes to worse and we won't find the trail again, we could always follow the river down to our car, which was parked at Red Rock Canyon. It was wet, wild and at times slippery going, but a lot of fun.
Hope you enjoy, we certainly did!

Hi Otto,
This is a great one. Colors and lighting are great. Sharp and nice details, eventhough this was downsized significantly. Well done.

Hi Otto,
It looks a little blurry, but besides that, the scenery and colors are awesome.

Excelente Otto, maravilloso lugar, ya vestido de otoño,perfecta compo, saludos

Hi Otto,
what a beautiful place for river hiking! I can hear the sounds of running water and smell the fresh air filled with the odour of autumn leaves. A route well worth to get your feet wet.
The image is clear, sharp, with a wide spectre of marvellous soft colours, and it is well composed. I wouldn't have downsized it as much as to just 637 pixels width. Seeing it larger would further increase the pleasure even if that means to chose a slightly higher compression of data to stay within the TN limit of 200Kb.
With thanks, and best regards,

Bonjour Otto
Bravo pour la netteté et les détails de ce joli paysage d'automne avec ses belles couleurs . Superbe exposition .La composition est très jolie.
Au revoir et merci...JP

what a wonderful "wild" landscape, otto! :-)
i would have troubles finding this in cologne,
but a few kilometers away there´s a lot of woods,
who knows...the only difference of course would be:
no bears, no wolves, no bald eagles. *g*
excellent composition with the stones, water and autmn-colored trees.
terrific job & viele grüße, thorsten.

TheMystic, preciosos colores, de otoño, foto agradable a la vista.Sira

Hello Otto,
Good point of view for capture of the waterfall!
I love to see the surroundings, where we find the real old forest, untouched by human hands!
Good colours and fine details...
