Found in moist disturbed soils of roadsides, bluffs or erosion banks.
February to May.
Coltsfoot is one of the first plants to flower in the Spring, often as the snow melts.

Hi Roy,
Very beautiful picture of the Coltsfoot. I like the way the yellow of the tussilagos shines.
Around my chalet I can find quite similar plants in spring.
