Eastern Tiger Swallowtail
 |
|
[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This Eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterfly was taken at a small city park, Ogden Park.
I pre-focused on this particular flower and managed to shoot this one image before the butterfly moved away. The background was grass far enough away to blur (bokeh) into the almost solid green found in this image.
RAW/PS5 processing included: cropping, contrast, slight color balancing, then with Nik software some noise reduction, single-image HDR, and then some sharpening. |

Hi Larry,
Butterflies are always difficult subjects to capture yet you have managed to create a good composition. The focus is a bit "soft" none the less a great photograph.
