Ouch! You caught the season and feeling well ion this one. So often folks see snow shots in the sun..which confuses the mind...but shown in this way the natural seasonal temperatures are added. This is a place one would not want to be in without knowing where the nearest warm is!:-)

Hi Donna, great shot of those evergreens filled with snow. I live in them and still haven't got a good shot to my satisfaction. I love the colours with the snow at the tip of each branch, the contrast with the trees at the bottom of the photo. The clouds on top give an idea of the height you were and sure doesn't warm up the place. The branches at the right add to the composition and frame the picture well. Thank you for such a nice picture,

Lovely seasonal composition. The fog is lovely and the dull conditions really bring out the contrast between the trees and the snow.

That thin layer of fresh snow surely did transfor the landscape to something very beautiful Lucky you to have family living in this wonderful corner of the USA. The still visable fog creates an even better mood. I like the framing a lot.

A Christmas card like scene.The pine trees covered in snow are wonderful.
I like the way Jack Frost and the snow have covered everything in white.
The pov and dof are well done.
The fog adds a nice element of atmosphere.
Excellent focus and sharpness.

Wonderful shot and you have captured the chilly environment pretty well. I like the way the snow has settled on the leaves and the lifting mist. Great view. Excellent POV to portray this 'brrrrrrr' scene and very nicely composed. Kudos.

You managed to capture this wonderful scene perfectly and to reflect the state of late autumn nature mood with great taste and skill. Again and again I am impressed with your taste at subject and POV selection and framing. The tree branch on the top right corner of the image is so fine and decorates the image excellently. Bravo.
