it is beautiful in black & white ...Brenda! Less complicated that way ( you see the white balance is useless here ;) with sense of timeless simplicity....and perfect base for controversial debate ...he he he Brenda Stevens ...you are different! Just like the Queen of England or Elton John ...which is the same thing really ....just like James May from Top Gear said once...

hi Brenda,
good that you are playing with B/W... it's classic, all of us should, at least once, someday... anything in B/w, and i remember Casablanca... my all time favourite saga...
your this photograph is appearing like a pencil sketch... :) not bad, huh?
keep posting. lets see what else you can create with these two basic shades..

Bonjour Brenda,
Ta publication m'interpelle par son surréalisme et me donne envie de connaître l'original en couleurs.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.

Hello Brenda,
Very good idea to post this photo in B&W. It looks very artistic and there's a beautiful balance in colours. Together with the composition it all looks very pleasing too.

Ciao Brenda, original choice of B&W, lovely bird in nice pose, splendid light, excellent sharpness and fine details, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Hi Brenda,
This is a fantastic/artistic B&W composition! The whites actually enhances the whole composition. A Perfect example of B&W photography! Well done ? my friend.

nice artistic capture, TFS Ori

Hello Brenda, Love the B&W look!
I must admit I have never seen this bird in the wild, I'm not sure if they even visit Ohio. Love the beautiful stripes in it's uniquely marked plumage. What seems interesting is it's slim head and neck, almost snake-like in appearance.
Hope you don't mind, but I just had to experiment with this B&W image.

Lovely Its a nice feeling to look at B/W of a nature image :-) , IMHO , if the directional spacing was on the right , it would made this good picture a better picture ... hope you don't mind

very nice b/w picture, very good final result, congratulations !

ciao, tino
