Not sure what he was but do know he was FAST, almost didn't catch this lil one and he had feathers floating on his beak and in his eye. Have another I will upload as he rushed by in the shadows. Maybe this will help. Someone said he was a Night Heron..due to the black beak. Not sure..but do know he sure was adorable! |

你好
這相片很大膽的創意 表現在眼睛的透亮及眼神的高傲
羽毛的鬆散模糊襯著 和嘴巴的特徵
竟然嘴巴啄到不是尖銳的
以前都不知有這種情形
謝謝你的分享

Hello Brenda,
I believe you are on the right track. It looks like a juvenile Night Heron to me. I like the close crop as it gives us a great look at it's facial features.
Exposure may be a tad high in the breast area, but still an attractive image of this beautiful bird.
Hope you don't mind, but I wanted to try a WS. Don't know if I helped or made it worse..you be the judge.
Ron

Hi Brenda
Lovely sharp close-up of the Young Night Heron.
A smaller f-stop would have given more DOF and shown more detail on the breast but you obviously had no time to plan this shot. Nevertheless still worth publishing.
