A well spotted chance and good title, excellent detail and colours, the chick head and eye shows well. Nice to see some chicks appearing, will be a couple of months yet here in the UK.

What a unique capture of this concerned mother and her very independent chick. The unconcerned look on the chicks face is priceless!!
Love the vertical framing and natural coloration. Your 400MM obtained very sharp focus and gave you a soft blurred BG. Great work!!
