[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Located in an exotic garden on the grounds of Crandon Park in Key Biscayne, this sole remaining Red Crested Porchard attracts avian photographers from around the world. The other porchards were eated by a salt water crocodile that frequents the area. These ducks when in breeding plumage are quite attractive and are most fun to photograph. Here, Pancho, as we call this guy, stood long enough for me to photograph his profile.

Bello primer plano de esta vistosa ave Michael.
La agudeza, el colorido y un excelente DOF acompañado de un fondo limpio y difuso, componen una bonita presentación.

Beautiful close of this showy bird Michael.
The sharpness, the coloring and an excellent DOF accompanied by a clean and diffuse bottom, they compose a nice presentation.

Hi Michael

What a fantastic looking bird, the compositon is beautiful with a great pose, the detail is lovely and sharp and the colours are just perfect. I hope Pancho keep away from those croc's.

Hi Micheal,
Good portrait of this duck. The head is very sharp, just the beak that the details are a little less sharp (f/4), but that's not critical. Beautiful colors and good composition.
Regards, Francois
