Ruby,
The reason these turtles stay so close to each other while basking is because the log they are on have insufficient room for any other kind of arrangement!! 8-) Nice POV of these sliders with reflection as an added feature. See WS for modification. WS after being enlarged slightly over sharpened my rendition. Overall your image was good.

Hi,
Good to see so many basking in the sun, wonder how you sneaked to get this, usually they slip in to the water before we could react. good image. tfs.

Nice shot, Ruby.
The 'stack' of Turtles does look fascinating on that little piece of driftwood. The formations of disturbed water give a lovely touch to the scene.
Thanks for sharing this picture.

hello Ruby
this is a very nice composition with great details and beautiful colours
thanks greeting lou
It's strange that they would sunbath with mud on them, when the mud is usually meant to cool them. A nice composition centered well. I like how the green water matches them so well and brings the picture together well. A great shot! TFS Trevor

Hello Ruby,
A very cool shot and exhibiting exceptional detail. Love the way they have posed in all directions, giving us a great look at their unique shapes and colorful shells.
I remember seeing alot of these guys at Radnor Lake in Nashville doing the same thing. I also like the reflection in the water that you managed to capture.
Well done!!
Ron
