[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
this is part 4 and the last of this series of photos of fall colors at bear Lake. I will be going back up there either tonight or tomorrow night to get more photos, this time of ones I couldn't get this last time. and maybe some sunset shots on Trail Ridge Road.

THis photo is looking to the south towards Thatchtop at 12,600 feet (3858 meters) and Powell Peak in the back at 13170 feet (4027 meters, these peaks are due west of Longs Peak the highest peak in Rocky Mountain National Park at 14255 feet (4359 meters).

Longs Peak is highly visible from Bear Lake. THis photo is taken above Bear Lake and you can see it in between the foreground Autumn colored trees

Lovely contrasting colors and textures in this beautiful fall scene Paul.
Composed very well with just the right exposure to bring out the wonderful natural colors and fine detail. TFS.
