Spring brings snow to the mountains and rain to the lower elevations from where I took this image. If you look closely you can see Mica Peak with snow..and on the right and left are more snow cells on either side of the "almost" pano. It is/are views like this which I love...storms are the strongest energy which is easily photographic. This was taken with my HG10....it is much more than a video camera which may be why it cost me so much..I had to sell two used DSLR's to buy this...oh yes and a couple of cheaper lens as well...but I am becoming more and more happy and so glad that the US print media suggested the notions of video to me almost a year ago. It is working and I am still learning...I know there is some noise from sharpening but as I say, the learning curve is small but it takes me a while becuase I don't read manuals..I do it by hand...and then maybe read the manual later:-()

Hello Bob,
Your landscape reminds me of my days in the Great Himalayas starting from North West India to North East. I was lucky to get some what similar view for Mt Everest while flying at 30,000 feet (the image had reminded you of your friend Jim Whittaker; refer Mt Everest). I have similar tendency for not reading the manual and keep on trying all stunts; yeah but that's restricted with camera only not with humans ;)
Yours truely : Good Doc

Hy Bob
I think I like this picture: the hole in the sky reveals the mountains from far away, covered by snow. It is a good long perspective. Well done!
All the best, Oana

Namastay Bob,
A beautiful landscape shot. Very well composed with good colors. Thanks a lot for sharing.
