[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was watching the Osprey building there nest the other day over at Vancouver Lake. And the one kept flying off and landing on top of the other one. He would stand there for about 30 sec. and then jummp off. Its pretty interesting to watch these guys.

Hello Tom,
Nice capture of the two Osprey, my only guess is that they were getting ready to mate. I used to raise pigeons years ago and this is the same behavior they displayed right before mating.
I like the unusual pose as well as the good detail and beautiful colors. One quick question, are those some type of swallow nest underneath the platform?
