[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was riding my electric scooter somewhere within a mile radius in Cheney, Washington and noticed a few of these flying low, I just grabbed the camera around my neck and started shooting. I liked this one because it show the full right wingspan. For some reason I have always thought a simple blue background was enough with this species.

Hi Bob,
A nice image, good background with just enough cloud to make it interesting. A little underexposed and the Gull looks a little blue but that's easy enough to fix in post-processing.
Regards,
Adrian

Bob,
Another great one.
Aido is right.
Would you want me to "fix" this situation or would you do a workshop yourself?
It's easy. Please try it. Should you encrease the exposure the 'blue' on the main subject will go away on its own.
Keep up this great work.
Best and friendly greetings from Mario.

hello Bob

nice photo and nice colours, but just one thing one critique
you shoul'd keep more space in front the bird and less in he his back

(for me) the main subject is a little bit centered,
i prefere more space in front of him

Well, you haven't post anything today (it's still early) but I won't be around to see it when you do so I thought I'd look through your older work.
This is another beauty. I have lots of trouble getting birds to appear against the sky...they turn into dark silhouettes without contrast or details. You did a good job - I particularly like the detail in the wing feathers.
