Hi Randy,
It's a so illustrative picture!
Very good the contrast between the brown and old skin and the fresh and green emerging insect.
I never seen this precise moment before, and the insect seems to stretch in order to leave from the skin.

This is a very rare picture! I've never seen the birth of a cicada before. The details and sharpness are very good. Nice colors too.
