This is another great shot Mike. The colors are very natural and rich. I'm tying to imagine were you were standing to get these shots. I've walked the Swiftcurrent Lake trail but this looks farther away. Were you on the road itself?

A beautiful landscape! The mountains are just spectacular with the shadows from the clouds above. Nicely balanced in thirds. Excellent colour and detail. Well done.

I think I like this one best so far. The colors and light feel really natural. I particulary like the paly of light and shadows on the mountain base. I am still in full envy of the stunning clarity you had that day. It gave you a spectacular view.

Hello Mike -

This is a different view of Swiftcurrent Lake and the mountains that surround the lake. When I saw the thumbnail I thought the image was just a tad dark but viewing the main image I see that it is not as dark. But, I think a light brightening in the FG and along the left edge and into the shadows of Mt Grinnell would help. Otherwise, the exposure looks to be where it belongs, the DOF and sharpness are spot on the money. This park is just a wonderful place and is a favorite destination of my wife and myself. Well done!
