I saw these deer in a park just outside the city limits. There were thousands of black birds gathering food in the area. As I drove as near as I possibly could to get this shot out the window of my truck all the birds took off in front of the deer and of course spooked them as well. I just held down the shutter release and hoped one of the shots would be free of birds blocking the deer. A few shots came out OK but this was the better of the bunch. Hope you like it.

Hi Billy,
Very nice action photo. I liked the movement of birds and the stability of deers. TFS,

Wow Bill...It looks like a still frame from a documentary. A great capture with two or three main elements. I have seen this style used before by professionals, but here on TN it is a rare sight...Very nice.
*How far is that to Voca? Not far eh?

Hello Billy, I love that shot, I can hear the sound of the birds' wings. It is such a great picture, the light on the deers, the dark silhouettes of the birds... wow. It is wilderness alive. Thanks!

Hi Billy.
I like this photo. It is very artistic to me. Some times we try to take a photo, and in one second, every thing changes the matter.
The main subjet (Deers) has great light and sharpness too.
Saludos My friend.

Hey Billy,
Nice one, love the lighting on this must be early morning or evening judging by the long shadows, excellent dof, really has the wildlife look out on the open planes, Very nice. All the best Cheers Rick :)

Hiya Billy,
You've managed to get the focus on the deer spot on.There's a nice light on them too.
I've just been having a quick look at your pics and there are some great shots there.
The hairy caterpillar looks great.
I'll have to go back for a longer look and add a few comments later.

Hey Billy,
This is a very original picture; something that I have never seen :) What a funny moment captured! I like the pose of the big deer with this beautiful lightning and catch light! Well seen!

Hi Billy,

This shot works really well, and gives a real sense of what was going on around you - kind of natural history street photography. You've captured nice detail on the deer, whilst the birds add an extra dimension to the shot. Great posting.

Hello Billy,
Those two deers are having a good time in the BG while
the birds are moving in a flash. Great POV and composition
very well presented.. Well done

Hello Billy,
Beautiful mood created here. The light is wonderful and you can see the alertness of the subject with the blurry flying birds making the impact.

Hi Billy,
beautiful image, the composition is really great with the birds flying in the foreground and the little animals in the background, very good job, bravo

This is cool...I love the birds flying across the foreground. ITs so unusual! WOW! I've been trying to catch up with everybody. Been so busy lately no time for fun. ha ha
