[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Sea Otters have some of the finest fur in the animal Kingdom. So fine that it traps air and their skin never gets wet. They rely on there fur and their very fast metabolism to keep them warm in the cold Pacific.
Moss Landing and Elkhorn Slough are Sea Otter Central. I often see 50 + otters on a days paddle. |

Hi Scott,
Good capture of this see otter. This is really a cute creature. Focus is right on , good details of the fur and love how the sun is shining on the otter. It's like if he was enjoying the sun. Also like the fact that you have kept 2/3 of the upper picture with the blurred water. It creates the felling of a large body of water. TFS.
PC :)
Hi Scott,
What a cute capture of one of your little friends. It looks like it is taking a nap. This POV is impressive and you captured a very nice moment :) Thanks,
Claudine
Hey, Nice shot. Good clear focus and nice exposure. Good DOF too. TFS
