Beautiful portrait of the Titmouse, what a great light giving excellent details in the plumage!
My attention is really concentrated on this fantastic eye so well lid, I can detect a reflection but not able to say what,

This is a cute and beautiful bird, I like his little crest and his big black eye. Excellent details, nice natural colors, excellent use of your flash, beautiful blurred BG, but maybe you could have cut a bit at the top of the picture ? Well, it is just my opinion, the picture is excellent as it is. Very well done !
