[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sky-blue Lupine (Lupinus diffusa) is a plant of sandy scrubs and pinewoods. It is one of the most beautiful of a beautiful genus, and I was fortunate to find this one in a scrub area near my home. To give you an idea of scale, the "sticks" in the background are pine needles.

Beautiful color on this lupine. We have several varieties here but I don't think I've seen a sky blue one. Nice capture, clear focus and good background.
