[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo seems perfect for today; I leave on my own flight in a couple of hours - and hopefully it will be a bit smoother than the take-offs here. I think the runway may have been a bit too crowded!

This was in a file on my desktop that I'd completely forgotten about. Wanting to clean up my desktop before leaving (headed to California!), I discovered this photo.

While not perfect, I still love the grace in which they take off.

I do recall taking this capture; I was taken off-guard because my eyes were on a swan I intended to shoot. I heard a splash of water followed by several calls. I turned to my left and got one snapshot - this is the result. I know the wings are hot, but I still like it...

Keep snapping and have a grand week!

Kathy :-)

Hi Kathy,

Great photo, beautiful colors, I like the movement of the bottom, opposed to the sharpness of the birds in flight. I guess you did a partial follow the trajectory of the ducks with your camera.

Very good job, congratulations!

THIS IS ONE OF YOUR BEST IMAGES!!!! I thought you had gone! You are still here? Wow....I am impressed with this one...very much so..and others will be as well I can assure you...WOW!

What a stunning picture.Movement captured with great clarity and excellent composition.
