|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Here is another picture from the White Mountains, most of Arizona is arid and dry, but going up to the mountains everything changes, it is if you are in another state, and in the case of the White Mountains it is if you're in Canada! So greeeen...|

I like the composition here, showing the lake and its environment well. I also like the transparency of the water well shown. Nice job, TFS!
You are correct, I would never have picked this as Arizona. what a lovely place. I like the strong foreground elements you chose which add so much to the depth of the scene. I think it is a nice composition and a well executed photo. I have the same lens and camera. Something to be aware of is at 17mm there is usually some lens distortion... a slight curvature of distant horizons. Note how the trees on the right side tilt outward. If you use Photoshop or Elements it can usually be corrected with "Skew".

beautiful luminosity and cold colour tones, TFS
wonderfull Landscape, so a calm and peaceful place !
I like the vertical composition with the rocks in the foreground, the blue water in the middle, and trees and sky in the background and all with great sharpness
