[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is an image of a Katydid that was taken at Pocomoke River State Park in Maryland. The katydid was walking around on the car, making a nice reflection in this picture.

There are 255 species of katydid in North America, and more than 6,400 world-wide. They feed on leaves, flowers, bark, and seeds, as well as other insects. They are well known for their camouglage and mimickry, often resembling leaves to evade predation.
