This species of lizard is typical nervous and hard to photograph. Fortunately, this one was nervously optimistic, and allowed me to photograph it without too much effort.
Shot with a 100mm macro on a Digital Rebel XT.

Strange critter, but good shot, even if it wanted to remain half in the shade. Lizards are tricky chaps, it's difficult to get a decent shot. This is well done, as there is no disturbing element in the way and the BG is right. Very good colors.
A great shot, very crisp, well done. Only negative, I don't like the crop of the tail. It seems incomplete without it.
