On my photo walk with mom Saturday for her birthday, we found this interesting plant while exploring around Airlie. Can anyone ID this for me?

Hello Michael,
A beautiful plant you post showing wonderful color and detail. I'm not sure what type of plant this is, but it reminds me of a plant that we had growing around the house as a kid which would get very, very tiny yellows flowers on it.

It looks like Crassulaceae family (succulent), maybe some Sedum or Rhodiola species. But it is only a suggestion, I don't know plants in your zone.
