here in Montréal area we are almost like in March like in early spring !
a beautiful photo of these frozen branches, the beautiful
warm colored leaves are the heart of this photo,

Thankfully the winter scene here in India is getting brighter, with the chill coming down.Your capture succesfully brings to the viewer the ambience of your world as winter frost and its cold hands still holds in its tight grip.

It's so nice to hear from you and to take notice of this superb picture. Frost is a great artist, and it did a superb job here. The contrast between the warm colour tones of the leaves and the frost is excellent.

Hello Bob,
I would love to ship you some of the white stuff if I could, but I vividly remember the images you posted last year, so I believe you guys deserved the break this time around.
A beautiful scene showing what nature can create when the conditions are just right. The orangish brown leaves contrasting with the white frosted limbs make for an eye catching image.
Nicely composed with excellent DOF giving us a sharp image throughout. Beautiful natural colors and great use of lighting in order to capture this wintery scene!! Well done!!

Very beautiful photo in typical wintery colours. The hoar frost on the branches is splendid. The brown leaves made an excellent composition in this photo. Good DOF, POV and sharpness.

I love the effect of the hoarfrost. Beautiful in it's icy coating. The remaining maple leaves enhances the capture. Well seen, captured, and exposed Bob. Haven't heard from you lately... hope and pray all is well with you, Jane, and the family... :)

Merhaba Bob!
This is such a fine scene my friend, almost in monochromatic browns on white if you don't count the reddish-brown dry leaves, but is it possible to disregard their presence? On top of everything, that diffusely illuminated hoarfrost lend the whole scene a lacey look, a most pleasant effect indeed!

This is really quite pleasing, Bob. You and the hoar frost worked quite nicely together to show off these tendrils and twigs to excellent effect. The browns and orange of the maple leaves add a fine creative counterpoint to the image, and your point of view as they cascade down from the left side of the image really helps draw us in.

Hi Bob.

I haven't been around TN for quite a while and just saw a post from Asbed dedicated to your speedy recovery. I wish you the same thing as you have influenced me a lot with this site.

This shot is really nice with fine details. The frost and the brown leaves are in excellent contrast. Looking forward for your post with Yashica MAT as I am shooting quite a lot of medium format lately.
