[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This little baby is about 1/2 inch long and just gorgeous. He sat very patiently for me to take a shot and then hopped away.

Trying to identify it, logically it could be a young red-eyed tree frog, except there are no red eyes. It really looks like it could be a European Tree Frog, but what would it be doing here in North Carolina?

Hello Penny,
A beautiful shot of this tiny little tree frog. I don't know my frogs so I can't help much as to what type it is.
Love the detail and rich colors you managed to capture. I am always amazed at how they can cling onto surfaces with their suction cupped feet. Well done!!

Hello Penny,
A superb, sharp capture of this small young tree frog, the features showing well from a great POV, so some expert should be able to ID it. Nice composition on the leaf and a pleasing blurred BG. The greens are very rich in this image.
Thanks and I hope someone can give it a name!

Hello Penny,
A very fine composition and presentation of this cute baby frog. I like the low point of view you have chosen which shows also partly the underside of the beautiful leaf on which the frog is posed. Very beautiful green in greeen shot.Well done!
kind regards
Anne

Hello Penny.
I see that I will be in you soul mate. I dreamed of the macro, and now I try to do something in this direction. I know it's really tedious work, and the results come more slowly. But I am hopeful. You too zaczynałaś so recently, and you have a really big achievement. Until now, interested me landscape, architecture, and to a lesser stopnoiu people. Time for macrophotography.
In twoiim picture I like the colors very accepted convention. Actually, everything is in shades of green - just a little bit here turquoise and yellow color. However, dominates the green.
Focus is well located, very clear detail, and the background beautifully blurred. Added to this first-class composition.
The picture is really breathtakingly beautiful.

Ciao Penny. Indeed a difficult light to manage but you've done an interesting work. Nice compo and DOF with exciting bright colours.

Hi Penny,

Really like this shot, the way the frog is sitting atop of the curled over leaf, nicely backlit but good details on the shadow side too.

Matt
