| Here is a pair of mallards returning home with the setting of the sun. I was elevated about 20 feet in a huge oak tree trying to get a picture of a whitetail deer when several types of ducks started coming in to spend the night. This photo is one that was almost deleted. My first thought was that I would never be able to make it light enough to see. Then the thought of allowing the silhouettes to be the main focal point came to mind. Here is the finished product. Several seem to like it from other sites where it has been posted. Hope you like it here. |
