[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
A wild hawk snagged himself a rat lunch at my favorite zoo. Was so excited to capture this because I have always loved raptors but they are so hard to catch in the wild. Who would have thought the city zoo was the place to see raw nature? Post processing was a level correction and sharpening and a re-size. My current editing software makes the re-size difficult and this is my first attempt on here in a few years. :) I have a series of these pictures, this is hopefully just the first! And i hope to improve my editing with this software, too :) |

Dear Laurita
Thanks so much for contributing this exciting image . No doubt such scenes are easier encountered in a Zoo, and while I lived in big cities I was an enthusiastic visitor to the local zoo.
Very interesting sharp details combined with natural colours make this image a pleasure to view.
Thanks again
Warm greetings from the Tzaneen Dam in Limpopo, South Africa
