*Dedicated to Joey Kellard, Rick Price and Subhash sir!

Thanks to all who supported me over the last four years of my recovery. I am walking a bit on my own thank you but am mostly in a wheelchair. Watch out for flu shots!

These are the seeds of an American Maple Tree. This as many in the US do not produced a maple fluid for sugar. The true Sugar Maple comes from Canada. Some slip down into the New England states of the US but one can taste a difference in the methods used to produce the syrup from these trees. They are native to Canada and parts o f the US however I suspect over 200 plus years old timers knew how far from the syrup they were getting. Alas their plan to bring it west didn't work.

Hi Bob,it's nice to see you again! A beautiful capture of the autumnal colors,a typical plant of my country too and a very nice composition whit fine details and perfect exposure,i like it! Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Bob, great to have you back here on TN! I'm thrilled.
Maple trees grow in the state of Jammu and Kashmir where I'm living as of now. This summer, I walked with my school boys in a valley in Kashmir and looked at Maple trees after a gap of 25 years. I wanted to return there with my wife in October to see them in their fall colors, but couldn't. Standard excuse: hectic work schedule.
Your picture of Maple is its autumn hues somehow fulfills my craving for their seasonal transformation. A beautiful capture with those subtle tones of colors on the leaves.
Very happy to know you have recovered a great deal. Take care and keep fit.
Best regards.
Ram

Hello Bob,
Great to see and hear that you are starting to mend. I see your leaves are starting to get some color to them, ours are pretty much about over right now. You can still find a few that at brightly colored, but for the most part they are falling fast and turning a bit brown.
Rosie and I were up in your neck of the woods (Cuyahoga Valley) about two weeks ago and saw some really pretty trees, but they were very spotty this year. Some areas were gorgeous, but a mile down the road they were still all green and no color change.
Your maple leaves and seed pods are a real treat to view as winter slowly approaches Northeast Ohio. Hope you keep gaining strength and improving in mobility. It's funny you mention flu shots as I got mine about three weeks ago.
"God Bless" Bob
Ron
PS. if you get a chance check out this video, I'm on the far right starting the first verse.
