[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is one of the last thrushes to show up at Magee Marsh during the spring migration. Similar in appearance to the Swainson's, but no eye ring and the cheeks are gray in color.

I have always had a very hard time trying to tell the difference between the thrushes that show up during the spring migration, as you can see they look similar in appearance. I decided this year I would study them more closely and I must admit, I have had a great time doing it.

PROFOUND BEAUTY, excellent balance of color and extreme detail and eye contact. Were you close? Did you have a 300 or 400 zoom?

Hello Ishi,
C

Beautiful thrush with moist soil in its beak; probably by digging to get some fat worm.

Congratulations on this composition, my old friend Ron.

Greetings from ARGENTINA, from another old friend.
