[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The hummingbirds were quite active on this particular day. I was at Quail Hollow State Park in northeast Ohio hoping to obtain some images of either birds or butterflies.

I had spotted a single Ruby-throated Hummingbird visiting these colorful flowers and decided to see if I could get a few photos. The bird perched on the stem immediately captured my attention, so I focused the lens on it. The hummingbird at the top of the frame suddenly appeared and the aerial attack began.

I watched these two chase each other on and off for about half an hour, all the time clicking away. This is one of the shots in which I managed to get both into the same frame.

Ron, I don't use any good software. I use photoscape. Here you can also keep the BG clean. Just two birds and the flower stick.

GREAT moment captured..........

Great, these two hummingbirds interacting. Thanks
Pierre

Dificult photo to capture. Excellent light and composition.
I am just wondering if the post-processing blurring of the background and front bud to the left has not been pushed a bit too far.

Magnificent dynamic shot..

Hi Ron
Wow, perfect timing on this Hummingbird shot. They are so quick to photography well. I love the composition with the two hummingbirds looking toward each other. They are very territorial. Excellent images all around.
