|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|I took this picture in Soldier's Delight nature area, just outside of Baltimore, Maryland (USA). There were some really beautiful rocks in this very shallow stream, and I liked the mix of the reddish brown, black, and golden rocks. I also think the lighting in the photo adds a lot by reflecting off of some of the lighter rocks. What do you think?|

I Like the idea of this photo and you've captured it well. The colors and light are good. It is always difficult to capture something with water without a polaroid filter. You will get burnout spots realy fast. There are a view burnout spots on your photo, but nothing disturbing. I still need to buy a polaroid filter for my camera, but I can recommend it to buy one.
This is a nice image. I agree with what Niek has told you. I would like to try a lighter frame. Because there are large blackish areas in the photo one's eye sees the frame and the black areas at the same time. I would prefer to see the golds and rusts that you liked so much. When I tried it with a white frame...perhaps with a black line in it, those are the exact rocks that I see first. I like this photo.

So simple, so beautiful, Brian! Nice sharpness and colours. Well done composition!
