Impressive sight you've captured here, the battle of the natural elements ;-))
The photo's nice and sharp, but I think I'd have cropped somewhat differently to get the main focus - the molten lava - out of centre. If you were to crop some top and left you'd acquire that, I reckon ;-))

Very strong picture showing the battle between water and fire. The darkness works real good here. Very nice colours, good sharpness and cropping.

Nice shot, very interesting subject, I think this is the first active lava shot in this site, a unique post showing the strenth of "Pelée" as you call it :D

Bienvenue sur TN, Philippe. Excellent titre pour illustrer ce combat entre l'eau et le feu. La dualité entre la vapeur d'eau et l'eau, séparées par le feu, est très bien mise en photo. Votre présentation en diagonale est attrayante. Très beaux reflets dans la lave refroidie.

This is a great shot. I like this momen, the steam as the lava reaches the water and the glow thereof.
