Another picture taken at the Basin.
The river carved this shape in the granit rock. I have slowed the shutter speed to 1 sec. to give this blur look to the water. That is how I prefer to look at picture where there is a fall or running water.
Hope you like it.

Geat light, lovely soft water. Excellent composition!

This is a very interesting photo, Patrick. I normally prefer more natural looking water but this is very effective. I love the sculptural shapes. Good eye.

Evelynn : )

what a wonderful composition. I think it works really well. great DOF and light.

Hi Patrick,
This is really a stunning photo. The water has shaped the granit really beautiful and looks art created by mother Earth. I really like the clarity throughout the photo. So many details visable from back to front. The exposure is perfect with great colors and excellent feel of motion in the water.

Very nice shot Patrick, Very interesting object.
Composition, colors are splendid and exposure is excellent. Very well done.
Regards, Krzysztof.

Lovely shot Patrick,

Always a fan of slow shutter speed shots of water and here you have got it just right, nicely blurred but not so much that all resemblance to water is gone. Great composition, POV and exposure - thanks for sharing!

Nice one. Very good composition and use of slow exposure. Good quality softness, no overexposure on whites. Great DOF. Good job.

A beautiful shot, full of motion and texture. Excellent dof and composition.
Lovely, thanks for posting.

very nice, soft, looks like a great place to slide. The long shutter makes this one. Hmm sorry must be out of points to award.

Very nice! I love the slow shutter speed effect. It really shows just how the water has formed the rock. I also like the light in the scene - it gives good detail and colour!
Great job!

Hello Patrick,
Je viens de flâner sur votre gallerie de TN et j'ai eu un coup de coeur pour ce cliché. J'aime la forme et les couleurs des rochers. Et l'effet de l'eau grâce à la pose de 1s est superbe.
