[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Island of O`ahu of Hawaiian Archipelago - the east shore seen frm the top of the ,,pali,, (the lush, wind swept polynesian large cliffs).
It was the last thing I expected to find on the top of a cliff the size of mountain in Hawaiian shore : cactus , a plant that we all know it to be live in arid and dry environment here in the middle of some of the wettest spots on Earth was just flourishing !

Great view of the island, and you did well to notice the strangeness of seeing cacti on Hawaii. I imagine that this also demonstrates the problems the islands face, though, of introduction of foreign species.
