I think these are two juvenile blue-faced honeyeaters, (Entomyzon Cyanotis) based on the presence of others in the location.

These and the others had a habit of hanging on the tails of the local kookaburras to try to drive them out of the territory. They also seemed to hold slanging matches with the Kookaburras which was very noisy.
