Hi Steve, i remember your other shot of this 'Roo, i liked that one too. Unusual pose to catch him standing erect like that with his back stretched. Nice colour and some great lighting that gave you some nice contrast.
Hope you're doing ok mate, when's the jaunt to the UK?

Love the pose you've captured here. It makes the kangaroo a bit more human. Like a typical guy who just woke up and scatches his ...... (you knw what I mean, we all do it)
Love the clarity in this photo and the wonderful saturated colors. The shallow DOF has allowed for a stong focus on the roo without loosing eye for its habitat.

You are wishing you were back there I'll bet..with winter coming on here in the northern hemisphere... a very cute shot of these two. Perhaps one day I shall see my dream of being a world traveler and see these in person and hope to picture them as well as you did here.
