|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Here is a picture of a common housefly perched on a succulent plant who was too busy grooming himself to notice me there. I'm new to taking macro shots so it's not very good and not much detail (I wish I had money for a macro lens!!) Let me know what you think. The only editing I did was cropping and resizing in photoshop.|

Hi Roxanne, splendid fly and beautiful flower with wonderful colors and great details, excellent sharpness, very well done, have a great week end, ciao Silvio
You did just fine without a macro lens!
Lovely sharp detail of both the fly and the succulent. I might have cropped it a littl closer but still a good shot!
Merry Christmas to you,
Interesante macro con unos tonos muy suaves.
Gran encuadre y buen bg.
Mis mejores deseos para tí y los tuyos en estas fechas tan señaladas, desde Gran Canaria, JL.
Macro takes the common thing, and makes it something beautiful :)
You have a great POV of this Blue "Bottle" fly (Calliphora vomitoria), nice detail. I did a workshop to try and improve it.
