[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Grevillea petrophiloides is a shrub endemic from the drier parts of the SW of Western Australia, found on road verges, granite, limestone, laterite. Flowers year round, with typical pink or red terminal racemes. See http://florabase.dpaw.wa.gov.au/browse/profile/2062 for more information.

I photographed this specimen at King’s Park, a large botanical garden in Perth CBD. There is not much in bloom as yet. Everything is waiting for the winter rains. Early downpours in April promised much then disappeared.

Very strange plant Odile.

Thanks for sharing.

Bonjour Odile,
La profondeur de champ est inégalement répartie mais le sujet est tout de même relativement bien valorisé.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
