Hi Ian,
I agree with Luciano, this is an artistic and attractive shot showing the raindrops on a very colorful surface. However, if you adjust the focus to the closest raindrop and you close the aperture to, let's say, f/8 or higher to gain more depth of field, the image would even be more spectacular. Only a personal opinion, obviously.
