[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The weather has been cold and wet for several weeks now,so there hasn't been much to photograph .... in fact,I've been stuck to my CPU for some time now.
I've been quite busy on Facebook as som of you might have noticed. If you haven't,check out my photos and music there:My Facebook Profile
This is a shot I took just over a month ago on a day trip to Lake Brunner & the Arnold River at Moana.
The ground was icy around the lake edge, and these frozen fungi were among the few I found that day.
I'm not sure what they are,but thought they warranted a post anyway.

I hope you like them.
Thanks for looking.
Cheers
Steve

Hallo Steve
It is real good to see you back, and you tiptoe into the gallery with such a great image. Upon opening the thumbnail it felt if I was opening a jewelry box with treasures. Nature’s own bling-bling presented is such a delightful way. I just love the lining of ice crystals on the edges of this fungi, and the texture of the fungi itself is so beautiful to look at. Thanks for sharing these few pieces of gems. Best regards.
Anna

Hi Lord,
hope everything is fine over there.
A very icy look and the darkness still looms in the area. But you give a nice shot of the white fungi in the row.
nice shot.

regards,
Foozi

Hi Steve,

Good detail showing the ice in what looks to be low light conditions.

Hi Steve,
Just came home from my holiday vacation spent near Lake Balaton. Weather's quite warm and sunny these times here, so it's quite interesting to see frozen fungi during our summer (which is Your winter, by the way). Nice pic.
I hope everything goes well with You, friendly greetings from Hungary, László

Hey Esteve!

How well you've come back! ... I hope you're well friend ... this picture is a strange case, it comes as quite common, a fungus frozen! ... capture the proper angle, and as always, conveys much of the environment and climate. Esteve, Good work!

Happy week!

Jesús
