Hi Erwin,
this looks like the kind of place i would love to visit, very impressive scenery! I think perhaps a neutral density graduated filter held over the sky might have given you a better balanced exposure and kept the detail of those clouds i can see in the reflection - but that would depend on whether you have one i guess! I also find the tops of the plant in the bottom of the shot a little distracting. I do love the carpet of trees on the flanks of that peak though!
