[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Our Whistling Heron; (Garza Chiflona in Spanish) is a colorful species of heron that abounds in our littoral of rivers, lagoons and streams. The specimen photographed is less striking because it still shows its almost grayish juvenile plumage, which favors its camouflage until becoming adult, at which time they acquire striking colors. The coordinates of the place where I have photographed it are: Latitude 31°38'11.44 "S - Length 60°45'53.02" W. |

Hello Hernan,
What a beautiful heron you have posted. I like its gray and light yellow plumage with a touch of green at the base of its beak. Wonderful eye contact and photographed from an attractive low POV. Well done!!
Ron
Excellent capture Hernan,
The details and colors are excellent.
Marius.
Welcome back, Hernan!
Your picture of this Heron from an unusual perspective is very attractive.
The blurred BG with deep blue sky adds special appeal to this capture.
Keep posting!
