PARTIAL SOLAR ECLIPSE

june 21, 2001

This eclipse was concluding when I took the photo the winter solstice day, a day very cleared and cold (-2°C). The place where the photo was obtained is the Salado River, that it was flood and formed an enormous lagoon that is seen. The hour was 8:10 local time (11:10 UT)

Bonjour Hernan,
et bravo pour cette photo de l'éclipse qui était inobservable d'ici en France. On voit bien sur la photo la déformation due aux basses couches de l'atmosphère.
Une belle photo et un bon souvenir sans doute!
